Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with fresh spinach, jack and ricotta cheese, served with a cream sauce.

Halibut

 

Fresh Alaskan Halibut fillet, oven-broiled and topped with a white wine beurre blanc. When Halibut is not available, a seasonal fresh fish will be substituted.

Scampi

 

Wild caught jumbo prawns sautéed in butter, garlic, mushrooms, scallions, and a hint of sherry

Wild Salmon

 

Oven broiled King Salmon filet, topped with a white wine beurre blanc

Prime Rib

 

Oven roasted Black Angus prime rib au jus

Fettuccine tossed with seasonal vegetables in a house made marinara sauce.
